Privacy policy

Demo Partner — USA is an online learning platform operated by Demo Partner — USA together with Ivy Global School (igsc.edu.vn) for primary students (about ages 5–11), their teachers and school staff. This policy is written for parents.

What we keep

• Student details provided by the school: name, grade, class, an optional student ID and a cartoon avatar. We never need a child's photo, email address or phone number.
• Learning records: lessons opened, answers, automatic scores, submitted assignments, teacher feedback, crowns, gems, badges and learning streaks.
• Uploaded assignment files and pronunciation practice recordings, when a lesson asks for them.
• The minimum technical details needed for safe sign-in, such as sign-in times and browser type.

What we do not do

• We never show advertising and never sell or share data for commercial purposes.
• We never take photos or video of students.
• Children have no email or password: they sign in with a class code, their avatar and a picture password (or a QR card) given by their teacher.

How the data is used

Data is used only for teaching and learning: teachers follow progress, grade work and give feedback, and the school reports learning results to Ivy Global School's IGS 360 system. Pronunciation recordings are sent to Microsoft Azure Speech only to score pronunciation. Lesson text may be read aloud with a synthetic voice.

Retention and deletion

Data is stored on Ivy Global School servers. Recordings are deleted after the period the school sets. Parents can ask to see, correct or delete their child's data through their child's teacher or the school office.
